OpsPilot.
An operations workspace that turns noisy requests, ownership, and deadlines into one clear queue.
Everything important,
in one calm place.
The challenge
Make the problem visible before making the interface beautiful.
Operations teams often stitch work together across chat, spreadsheets, and ticketing tools. The real problem is not missing data—it is deciding what deserves attention next.
The approach
Design the system, then let each screen inherit the logic.
I structured the experience around triage: a single priority queue, clear ownership, and progressive detail. Secondary controls stay quiet until they become useful.
Process
+From framing to delivery
Map the decisions operators make repeatedly, then remove everything that does not help those decisions.
Define status, priority, ownership, and time as one consistent language across the product.
Test the full triage loop—from new request to resolved—before adding visual polish.
